| | Same run... 7:53. 7:47. 7:41. 7:35. 7:30 My warm up is feeling easier. Everything is feeling really good now. I think just mentally when I know I'm only going to run 5 miles then at close to 5 miles I start to feel done. But it's the same when I run 6 or 7 miles. It's a mental game most of the time. | Add Comment |
| | Had to run on the treadmill today because Colby was at a camp out. It was an easy run though and with the garage door open it went fast! 😉 Started at 7:53 and ended around 7:30. | Add Comment |
| | Started at 7:53 and the last 1.6 miles ran a 7:24. It's so hot in the garage even with a fan on me. But I stayed st on and pushed through it. 7 miles is getting easier and easier. | Add Comment |
| | Started at 7:53. Thought I was only going to do 5 miles today so mile 4.25ish to 5 I pushed it to a 7:13 but then I wanted to get 6 miles in so mile 6 I ran between a 7:30 and 7:41. | Add Comment |
| | I'm starting to feel burned out. And I'm exhausted. Even when I take a brief 20-30min "nap" during the day by 8:45pm I can't function anymore. Maybe it's because I have 4 kids or maybe it's because I'm running more now than I ever have. 30 miles week after week. Also running on the treadmill is starting to get really boring. I think next week I'm only going to do 2-3 mile days. Give my mind and body a break. The running isn't hard I'm just getting bored with the day after day and I can tell my body is tired. Started at 7:53. Ended at 7:30. | Add Comment |
