I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).
I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years. I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.
Treadmill - garage
Did some interval training, but I need to focus on my distance before my speed right now.
Treadmill in gym - easy 2 mile run
Treadmill - inside
1 mile - warmup/down to 8:34 pace
2 mile - 8:14ish pace
3 mile - 8 min pace
4 mile - 8 min pace
Treadmill in the gym 8:15ish mile
8.50 for the last .55
Avg of 8.30
Another outside run. :)

On the treadmill in the gym. Ran an 8 min pace.
On the treadmill in the garage. Started around an 8:30 pace. Ended between 8:06 and 8 min mile.
On treadmill in the garage.
First mile was 8.13/8.06
2nd was 8.06/8.00
Felt really good.
