Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

Getting easier. 7:30 for the last little while. Treadmill. Legs are getting tired though after running 4 consecutive days.

Lots of interruptions today and it felt like 95 degrees in the garage. 😨

Really struggling to run because I'm getting really bored on the treadmill. 7:46 Avg.

Ran the first three miles at a 7:46 pace. Took a minute break than ran another Mile. Took another break than ran the last mile at about a 7:16. Breaking up the hot treadmill monotony by lifting weights every other day. It's helping me not get burned out with running.
