Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

I took a few weeks off but I want to get back on again! My goal is to run 20 miles a week. So 5 miles a day - run 4 days a week. I might have to slowly work into this (at least not week 1) but I think I'll be able to get there pretty quickly.

I started at a 8:13 pace today and ended at. 7:40something.

So last week all 4 kids were sick. Today ry is still sick but I'm hoping this week can get back to normal life again. Ive started it off though on the right start - 4 miles!

Not sure my pace on the treadmill but I think my average was about 8 min.

Molly and Landon were sick the last two days with croup. I'm running a 5k on December 10th. I want to run a 7:30 pace. Here's to starting my train up. My average today was probably 8:12. I have a lot of work to do.
