I'm going to start increasing my weekly mileage and then hopefully the speed will start to follow. I'm happy that I'm starting to record what I eat. I have a runner's world cookbook that arrived yesterday and Colby is helping me with my runs. I'm happy o finally feel like I'm working on a goal and doing a pretty good job at it! |
