I'm going to up my mikes to 30 a week and focus more on distance than speed. I started at 7:53 this morning and slowly went down but by the last .5 mile I wanted to push it so I bumped it to a 7:19 and it felt good. I think I was getting bored running at a 7:41 for so long on a treadmill. I needed a change. I just don't want to injure myself by pushing too fast for too long. |
