Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

Excellent run. A little unmotivated but wasn't very difficult.

Finished so strong! 7:19! I can go faster than I thought. Treadmills can hold you back. I've gotta push through it mentally, not physically.

I'm trying to find out the my avg heart pace right now. At 7:47 my average was at 157 for the first three miles. Then I stopped to use the bathroom. The last three miles I was at a 165 avg. I feel like I can be running faster but my heart rate isn't telling me so, is it? That's why I bumped back up to a 7:47 pace.

Higher than I was hoping. I want to bring my average down to a 7:41 pace. How do I do this?
