After taking two weeks off I hope I'm back in business! Pain issue still not resolved but I barely felt it during my run today so I'm taking that as hopefully an okay sign. I didn't push it since I took 2 weeks off but my run today felt great. I ran mostly between an 8:13 and 8:06 the last 4 miles. I'm going to try hard to listen to my body and not worry about speed. I just want to be able to run this 10 miler in less than 5 weeks! |
