Felt great this morning running on the treadmill. I felt like I could go another 4 miles at this pace. Increase distance first before speed. Keep this (running 4x a week) for this week and then add another day or increase mileage a little on the 4 days. I enjoy weight lifting 2x a week so I'll probably add mileage on the days I run. Feeling good!
