I did not feel good mentally for this run so this was the first time that I did not do the additional optional run. I could have made it to 13 miles if I would have been in a better place mentally. First, I was on the treadmill because it was 15 degrees outside. Second, I was having a complete mental breakdown from this move and things between Colby and I. I actually stopped twice to cry and walk around for a little bit. I probably should have saved this run for next weekend.
