Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years. Long-Term Running Goals: I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015). Personal: I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years. I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family. |

.25 miles at quicker pace. (I don't know my pace because my Fitbit isn't that precise. But it was a quick pace because I was breathing heavy by the end of the .25 miles). Then jog 2 minutes. Repeat four times.

3 miles at an ?:?? pace. My Fitbit doesn't show me split times. I was a little discouraged because my overall average time was kind of what I have been getting recently, but I feel like my 3 mile tempos was quicker than my normal run.

It was raining this morning so I had to do it on the treadmill. It seems more exhausting on the treadmill. Not sure if it's because I get hotter? I sure do sweat more. I stopped twice during my personal run to help Heidi with the laundry and to take a breather because I was so bored.

| | It misted/rained the whole time. Kind of a miserable run. I put on my Garmin app that I felt very strong, that's not true. Probably between moderate/strong. I'm suppose to start my period in a day or two so my strength isn't there.
