My legs are sore from Thursdays weight training. I am going to start my period soon within the next day or two so my body was just tired to begin with. It was 80 degrees at 6am, felt like 85. I've never been so sweaty before. I stopped at mile 7 to use the bathroom, but after mile 9 I felt so dehydrated I was lacking a lot of energy. This was a hard run, but I did it.
