TOTAL: 44:20 at an 8:04 AVG (8:09 including WU and CD)
This run felt so strong. The sun wasn't completely up yet which helped. I also did some dynamic stretches: high knees, butt kicks, power skips, and lunges after my WU. I think that really helped.
