Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

20 min warm up between 8:34 and 8:00

800 at 6:53 then 2 min jog

800 at 6:53 then 90 sec jog

800 at 6:53 then 10 min cooldown

3 mile tempo run at 7:45

10 min warmup 

3.5 miles at 7:47 that’s what treadmill goes to

10 mile cooldown

Felt really good and easy.

At mile 4-5 I felt like I could easily go on another 7.  Excited for next weekends race!
