Same run... 7:53. 7:47. 7:41. 7:35. 7:30 My warm up is feeling easier. Everything is feeling really good now. I think just mentally when I know I'm only going to run 5 miles then at close to 5 miles I start to feel done. But it's the same when I run 6 or 7 miles. It's a mental game most of the time. |
