1% incline. First mile down to an 8:34. Then 8:27, 8:20, 8:13, 8:06 8:00/7:53. I felt really good like I could have gone another two miles at that pace, but it was time to get the kids up for school.

Max HR 208. That's kind of high, but I'm hoping over time it will come down.
