I'm starting to feel burned out. And I'm exhausted. Even when I take a brief 20-30min "nap" during the day by 8:45pm I can't function anymore. Maybe it's because I have 4 kids or maybe it's because I'm running more now than I ever have. 30 miles week after week. Also running on the treadmill is starting to get really boring. I think next week I'm only going to do 2-3 mile days. Give my mind and body a break. The running isn't hard I'm just getting bored with the day after day and I can tell my body is tired. Started at 7:53. Ended at 7:30. |
