I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).
Personal:
I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years. I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

I'm going to up my mikes to 30 a week and focus more on distance than speed. I started at 7:53 this morning and slowly went down but by the last .5 mile I wanted to push it so I bumped it to a 7:19 and it felt good. I think I was getting bored running at a 7:41 for so long on a treadmill. I needed a change. I just don't want to injure myself by pushing too fast for too long.
7:53.... The last .5 miles I was at 7:19 and feeling good. I'm already sad I'm not running tomorrow. But I know giving my body and mind a break is good. So I don't get worn out or burnt out. At least for now. But running in the garage is rough... So hot.
Started at 7:53 and ended the last mile at 7:19. My legs are pretty tired and even at the end of my run I didn't feel like running anymore meaning I wasn't motivated at all this morning. But I finished.
