Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

I'm upping my speed this week.  Moved up to a 8:06 pace  It was a little fast (not too bad) the first two miles, but by the end it felt normal and really good.

Run was great this morning.  The first mile I started at 8:36 and worked down to 8:13.  The last mile and a half I ran an 8:06 and felt great at the end.

Started off at about an 8:34 pace.  3/4 of a mile in I was down to 8:13.  The last mile and a half I ran at a 8:06 and felt good.

Ran alongside Dixie Road again this morning.  It was SO HUMID.  99% humidity.  I was running in clouds at 6:15am - crazy.

I felt really good by the end.  The first two miles I had to work up my running desire but by mile 4 I was feeling happy and good.
