2 min WU, 13 miles, 2 min CD.
I had to do this on the treadmill becuase I didn't get to bed until midneght the might before from picking Ryan up from the Lindgren's. I was also still recovering from being sick the day before and didn't have the energy to wake up early and run in the 80 degree heat. Running on the treadmill for 13+ miles wasn't great but it also wasn't awful. It was really just the last 2 1/2 miles that I had to mentally push through.
10:20 WU, 8:40, 8:21, 8:19, 8:14, 8:20, 8:16, 8:40, 8:27, 8:15, 8:20, 8:35, 8:14, 8:30, then I walked for the 2 min CD.
TOTAL: 1:53:08 at an 8:24 AVG (not including WU or CD)
