Running Accomplishments:

I've just run for fun/to get exercise in the past, but recently (I think thanks to Amber Green) I have wanted to become more of a "runner" - with the healthy/active/goal oriented lifestlye.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a 10 mile and a half marathon within the next two years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am training to run a 10 mile race this October (2015).

Personal:

I'm married to a wonderful man who will also be  my personal coach. We have 4 great kids ages 0-7years.  I love to dance and cook yummy, healhty meals/snacks/treats for my family.

Long easy run.  Outisde.  I took this run nice and slow.  I was on day 2 of my period which is the worst and felt so tired.  My lower body felt heavy, sore, and tired.  Even with all of this though, I still felt good through it all because I didn't push myself.  I just enjoyed the run, and I still naturally ran faster than he wanted.

5 min WU, 80 min easy pace (9:14-10:14), another 15 min easy pace if feeling good, 5 min CD.

8:35 WU

8:32, 8:48, 8:22, 8:54, 8:46, 8:48, 8:51, 8:39, 8:55, 8:20, 8:27, 8:24 (.78 miles)

8:25 CD

TOTAL: 1:45:36 at an 8:39 AVG (8:41 not including WU and CD)
